MY GOALS FOR 2015
Hey everyone, this is my first upload. I am aware we are over a month into 2015 but there is always goals you can set yourself throughout the year. So, why not!?!?
1) Make sure I get enough sleep each night!
I am the absolute worst at keeping to a sleeping pattern. If you are a teen and own a piece of technology you must be able to agree with me that there are way too many distractions pinging on that device. It has been proved that a good night’s sleep has been linked to less stress and whilst I am currently studying for my GCSE's this would be a life saver.
2) Not be so hard on myself:
We are all growing up and its the hardest thing to keep positive vibes all the time. However, I feel I am way too negative and people around me agree. To tackle this I think I need to concentrate on the things/people that make me happiest in life to replace bad vibes.
3) Be better at managing my time:
Time is so precious and I am beginning to realize that. With only a few months left until my GCSE's I noticed that I really do need to set myself a plan AND STICK TO IT!!! To do this I created a timetable which starts as soon as I get into school and also plans out my weekend routine. Already my mindset has changed as I feel less stressed worrying about things I must do because it is all right in front of my on a piece of paper!
4) Go out more:
I spend all my time indoors and it is seriously unhealthy. Its not as though I don't get invited anywhere but I just feel I should be with my family as much as I can which I don't think is a bad thing. However, this means I virtually have no social life!! As I have started revising for my exams now I won't have as much time to be out but you must break it up and do other things you enjoy in between your revision!
5) Try my hardest:
At school I often mess around as I am easily distracted by ANYTHING. But as I have changed my outlook on life I am starting to understand that I must be my best all day, every day. My bad listening skills really are effecting my grades at school so from this day on I am going to take every day as it comes and be my best.
